The sunlight leaped through the clouds
It has been far too long
Since I've seen my own face
My body too small to contain
All of the ecstasy flowing inside
I am alive
and
I'm twice the person
I was before
It feels good to see the light

Someday, nobody will remember what we looked like. Someday, all of our photographs will fade away. Someday, it will be as though we never existed. (But we did. And we did it well.)
